values-driveN

A strong ethical foundation guides our actions and decisions

Our values emphasize individual strengths, inclusivity, and integrating diverse perspectives for positive collaboration.

  • Appreciative Inquiry: A strengths-based facilitation method that generates new ideas and engages stakeholders by building on the organization’s existing strengths to foster a positive and innovative environment.
  • Ethical Space: Introduced by Dr. Willie Ermine in “The Space of Engagement”(2017), this approach fosters a respectful space for diverse worldviews to converge, enhancing inclusivity and collaborative relationships.
  • Two-Eyed Seeing: Intentionally and respectfully brings together different ways of knowing, to encourage people to use their gifts to leave the world abetter place and do not compromise the opportunities for future generations (Bartlett, Marshall, & Marshall, 2007).

Communities are prepared for the future.

Prairie Wild Consulting Co. is founded on integrity, leadership, innovation and excellence. We believe the best planning decisions are made using an inclusive and integrated approach.

  • Everyone has wisdom.
  • We need everyone’s wisdom for the wisest result.
  • There are no wrong answers.
  • The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Everyone will be heard and will hear others.
