Planning Assistant

Jory (she/her) has been at Prairie Wild since April 2025 and in her role she helps with social media and communications, proposal writing, community engagement, and other administrative tasks. She is interested in the intersection between planning, community development, and environmental sustainability, and has enjoyed being part of the amazing projects that Prairie Wild is a part of.

Jory is a Saskatonian who also has experiences living in Vancouver, Alberta, and other places in the world as a traveller, volunteer, and student. She has worked in several education and outreach roles including as an Interpretive Program Planner at Wanuskewin, Education Coordinator at the Food Bank and Learning Center Garden Patch, and Youth Leadership Specialist with the Canadian Wildlife Federation.

She is actively engaged in the cycling and athletic communities in Saskatoon and enjoys mountain biking, cycle touring, cyclocross, triathlon, and other outdoor athletics.
