Director Finance

Kelley Moore is a seasoned executive leader, Registered Professional Planner, and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Planners with over 25 years of experience across community planning, governance, policy, and business operations.

As Director of Finance at Prairie Wild Consulting, Kelley brings a unique interdisciplinary lens to her work—bridging planning, public administration, human service systems, and strategic management. Her approach is rooted in collaboration and innovation, helping communities build capacity and shape a more sustainable, inclusive future.

Kelley also serves as Secretary General and Trustee of the Commonwealth Association of Planners, a global organization committed to advancing the planning profession and sustainable urbanization. In this executive leadership role, she oversees the organization’s Assembly and Board of Trustees, working to implement its strategic priorities aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and New Urban Agenda.

Nationally and provincially recognized for her contributions to leadership and the planning profession, Kelley has received numerous honours for her work in building stronger, more resilient communities.

In addition to her professional work, Kelley is deeply committed to community service. She has most recently served as an elected member of the University of Saskatchewan Senate and Affinity Credit Union District Council, contributing her leadership skills to strengthening governance and member engagement in both organizations.

She is known for her ability to connect the dots across disciplines and sectors, applying systems thinking to help individuals, organizations, and communities achieve their goals.
