Elmwood Community Hub

Elmwood Residences Inc. is developing a visionary Community Hub – a mixed-use, inclusive, intentional, and intergenerational development designed to enhance quality of life for people of all abilities. Rooted in a person-centered approach, the Hub prioritizes the needs and aspirations of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while fostering community connection and belonging.

The development will include affordable and market housing, medical and retail services, and programming tailored to people with intellectual disabilities, creating a vibrant, community-oriented environment where people of all abilities can thrive.

Prairie Wild Consulting and Wapiti Analysis are serving as Co-Project Managers, working closely on planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. They are proud to collaborate with Olfert Architecture and Elmwood’s leadership to bring this innovative, person-centered vision to life.
