Office of the Treaty Commissioner Truth and Reconciliation through Treaty Implementation (TRTI)

Prairie Wild Consulting, in collaboration with Braid Consulting, is honoured to be part of the Office of the Treaty Commissioner (OTC)’s facilitation team for the Truth and Reconciliation Through Treaty Implementation (TRTI) process. This transformative organizational journey is being delivered across Saskatchewan’s treaty territories in partnership with Indigenous Knowledge Keepers and other experienced facilitators.

Together, we supported processes with Federated Co-operatives Limited and the Edwards School of Business, engaging their respective Communities of Practice, which include key leaders from across each organization. Through co-design, co-facilitation, and detailed reporting, we helped identify meaningful and actionable pathways for reconciliation tailored to each organization’s context.

Strong collaboration with OTC staff and internal organizational champions was essential to the process and contributed significantly to the success and impact of this important work.
