Rainbow Housing Cooperative

Rainbow Housing Co-operative is expanding its existing 87-unit community in Saskatoon with the planned development of 26 new affordable co-operative housing units and a new community gathering space that will support resident connection, programming, and community well-being. Supported through the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF), the project is advancing planning and project readiness to support the next phase of Rainbow’s long-term growth.

Prairie Wild Consulting and Wapiti Analysis are providing overall project management, working in collaboration with the Rainbow Housing Co-operative Board, CHF Canada, the City of Saskatoon, 3twenty Modular, and other project partners. Our team is leading planning analysis, stakeholder engagement, regulatory coordination, funding support, and overall project coordination to help guide the project from concept through approvals and implementation readiness.
