Regina Early Learning Center (RELC) Strategic Planning and Program & Organizational Review

Regina Early Learning Centre is a long-standing organization that supports healthy development of young children by providing a range of education and support services to children and families.

In 2024, RELC engaged Prairie Wild Consulting to facilitate and develop an updated strategic plan. The Board, Executive Director, and senior staff participated and provided input into the process through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions and developing work plans for implementation.

In addition to strategic planning, Prairie Wild is supporting RELC with an organizational review, which includes in-depth research, analysis, and engagement with families, staff, and community stakeholders to ensure the Centre’s programs and services remain responsive, inclusive, and sustainable.
