Saskatoon Makerspace is entering an exciting new phase as it strengthens its governance, builds organizational capacity, and plans for a sustainable future. As a collaborative hub for artists, makers, entrepreneurs, educators, and innovators, the organization is developing a strategic plan to guide its direction over the next five years and beyond.

Our team is leading the strategic planning process, providing project management, facilitation, governance support, community and stakeholder engagement, research, and strategic planning expertise. Working collaboratively with the Board, members, staff, volunteers, and community partners, the process is establishing a shared vision, identifying strategic priorities, and strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability, leadership, partnerships, programming, and organizational capacity.

This strategic planning process will provide Saskatoon Makerspace with a practical roadmap for the future – supporting sustainable growth, informed decision-making, and continued innovation while preserving the inclusive, hands-on spirit that has made it a valued community resource.
