Village of Ceylon Integrated Official Community and Sustainability Plan & Zoning Bylaw

Prairie Wild worked with the Village of Ceylon to lead the development of a comprehensive and integrated Official Community Plan (OCP), Sustainability Action Plan, and Zoning Bylaw. Through meaningful engagement with administration, Council, community members, and key stakeholders, the process brought forward a shared vision and clear direction for Ceylon’s future.

Together, the community identified goals, policies, regulations, and actions to guide land use, development, economic growth, community character, health and well-being, local services, and both environmental and fiscal sustainability. The integrated planning framework equips the Village with practical tools to support decision-making and long-term resilience.
